When community meets health prevention, beautiful things happen.

Working with Dr. Rica Wilson 2 years in a row to bring self-measured blood pressure monitoring to her annual community event on the water is always a treat.

This year, the ability to bring access to additional heart screening at no cost left a deeper impression and elevated the heart health conversation. Plus, the DJ was on point! In between education was my dance disclaimer.
