What an awesome day at the 2026 Autism Family Fun Fest at Aberdeen Festival Park!
Able Minds ABA was honored to participate as a vendor at this incredible event organized by KAY SERVICES INC-Autism and DD Provider. It was amazing to see such a great turnout and so many families enjoying a day centered around inclusion, community, and fun.
There were countless engaging activities for children and families, including a bounce house, a sensory school bus gym, large sandbox play areas, and an interactive reptile exhibit where attendees could touch and hold a variety of reptiles and insects. Families also enjoyed delicious treats from local vendors, including lemonade, pizza, cotton candy, and more.
One of the most inspiring parts of the day was seeing so many organizations come together to support local families. The event featured community resources, service providers, a food bank, an MCO representative, an inclusive museum, local businesses, and many other organizations dedicated to helping children and families thrive.
A special thank you to Samuel Kayode and the entire team at Kay Services for organizing such a thoughtful and successful event. Creating opportunities for families to connect, learn about available resources, and simply enjoy a fun day together is so important, and this event did exactly that.
We'd also like to recognize Thomas Sheehy for representing Able Minds ABA and doing a fantastic job running our booth throughout the day. We appreciate your dedication and willingness to connect with families in our community.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello. We loved meeting so many wonderful families and fellow providers, and we look forward to participating in future community events!
