👓 OPTICIAN / OPTICAL ASSOCIATE

No experience necessary — we’ll train the right person!

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a keen eye for fashion and style

• Is friendly, outgoing, and dependable
• Is excited to help patients find eyewear they look and feel great in

💻 MEDICAL BILLING & INSURANCE SPECIALIST
Position may be based at any of our three locations

For this role, previous medical billing experience is required. We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of:
• Medical insurance
• Prior authorizations
• Deductibles, copays, and patient benefits
• Claims and billing processes
• Insurance verification and troubleshooting

We couldn’t be more excited to continue growing our team with another exceptional doctor who shares our passion for bringing world-class eye care to Eastern Kentucky.

💙 A proud native of Salyersville, Kentucky, Dr. Weiss is coming home after five years of practicing comprehensive eye care in Pennsylvania. She’s thrilled to be back in the mountains she loves, closer to family, and caring for the people of the region she has always called home.

Dr. Weiss earned her bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University before receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Kentucky College of Optometry. She has extensive experience caring for patients of all ages, with special interests in:
👓 Pediatric eye care
🌟 Amblyopia (“lazy eye”) treatment
📈 Myopia management
💧 Dry eye diagnosis and treatment
