IEHC Pikeville Primary Care Clinic Accepting New Patients

We're once again waking up to inclement weather causing unprecedented times.

First and foremost prayers 🙏 for the health, safety, and a quick recovery to those who are affected. Secondly, praise to all the First Responders.

My family and I are thankfully safe, as we live on high ground, but we cannot get off the hill to assess any damages due to road closures.

This flood most definitely will affect our clinic in some capacity. The main rear parking lot is immediately adjacent to the Big Sandy. On any given day, we can see the flow of the river from the back pt exam rooms, which is about 350 ft to the river. Most definitely we're expecting flooding of the back parking lot, and the ground level entry elevator access to the upper floors.

I'm confident that the 3rd floor where our clinic is, hasn't been affected, but the ground floor access, and parking lot will be a different story, stay safe friends. Will keep you updated on any changes.
