STATE SURVEY RESULTS ...This week we had a 4-day state survey for our facility. Due to so much delay during COVID with survey visits we have not had one for 3 years. I, myself, was asked for 3 years' worth of my Resident Council Minutes and other departments were asked for pages upon pages of resident information pertaining to their departments. LONG STORY SHORT ..... we did AMAZING ... Their exit meeting on their results found, lasted 3 minutes and that included the introduction of the 5 survey team members and also what the survey itself is meant to do. Even though we never look forward to annual survey it is a way for us to know how to improve what we do for our residents. To have such a wonderful survey this year means it's true what we know in our hearts ... WE LOVE OUR RESIDENTS AND LOVE TAKING CARE OF THEM.
