While our offices will be closed, we will continue to provide 24-hour on-call services to meet your needs.

We might be blushing a little as we share the results from the most recently published CMS patient surveys. ☺️💙

We all know that most people don’t complete surveys unless they have something to gripe about—so seeing this kind of positive feedback truly means the world to us. Patients and families took the time to respond simply to say thank you and to let us know that the care, compassion, and service they received were excellent.

These surveys are independently supplied and reported to Medicare by a CMS‑approved third‑party vendor, with no input or influence from us—making this feedback even more humbling and heartfelt.
