Summer gives us more daylight.

More time outside.
More projects.
More gatherings.
More opportunities to squeeze in one more thing before the day is done.

But more daylight doesn't always mean more energy.

Sometimes it means staying active long after your body is ready to slow down.

Have you been feeling exhausted but unable to fully rest?

The longer days of summer can pull us out of rhythm without us even realizing it.

In my latest blog post, I'm exploring why summer often leaves us feeling "tired but wired" and what you can do to support your energy through the season.

A few Summer Shares have already made their way to their new homes.

There’s something I love about packing these boxes—wrapping each item by hand, tucking in the seasonal notes, and sending a little piece of the season out into the world.

This year’s Summer Share is centered around Calm + Comfort and includes a small collection of botanical goods designed to support the rhythm of early and late summer.

Shipping now through June 19th or while supplies last.

Early summer often brings more ideas, obligations, projects, and opportunities than we can realistically tend.

Before saying yes to everything, pause and ask what truly deserves your time and attention.

A simple reflection on boundaries, energy, and choosing what to water this season.

Ever crawl into bed exhausted… and then somehow stay wide awake?

Summer has a way of doing that.

The days get longer.
The evenings stretch on.
There's more to do, more light, more activity, and more stimulation.

And before you realize it, you're feeling both tired and wired at the same time.

Your body is asking for rest.
Your mind is still trying to keep up.

This isn't a lack of discipline.

It's often a sign that your rhythm needs support.

In my newest blog post, I'm exploring why summer can leave us feeling restless, overstimulated, and unable to fully slow down—even when we're exhausted.

Before you move on to what’s next…

Pause.

Not everything meaningful looks like progress.

Sometimes it looks like:
• A small shift in how you move through your day.
• A moment of calm where there used to be tension.
• Noticing something you would have missed before.

What you’re living right now is already your life.

Not the next version.
Not the “better” version.

This one.

This is usually the point where people switch things up.

Not because something isn’t working…
but because it stopped feeling new.

And “new” can feel like progress.

But steady is where things actually build.

Not everything needs to change—keep what feels good.

If something has been helping you—even a little—
that’s not the time to replace it.

That’s the time to stay with it.

Try this today:
Repeat something that’s already working instead of searching for something better.

You can’t keep waiting for rest to just… show up.

Not when your days are full.
Not when your mind is busy.
Not when your rhythm is already off.

Rest isn’t something you stumble into.

It’s something you create.

Gently.
Consistently.
In a way that actually works for you.

If things have been feeling off lately, this is a good place to start:

Seasonal shifts don’t look the same for everyone.

Some people feel scattered.
Some feel restless.
Some feel wired but tired.

Your pattern has a rhythm.

And when you understand it, things start to make more sense.

If everything feels a little scattered right now…
this is the part of the season where energy starts to move.

Ideas come in faster.
Your attention shifts more easily.
You want to start all the things.

The goal isn’t to shut that down.

It’s to work with it.

You don’t have to chase energy—follow what feels easy.

Not the loudest option.
Not the most productive one.

The one that feels light.

Before you move to the next thing, pause and notice—

Does this feel open… or heavy?

Let that answer guide you.
