📣Now Hiring: Patient Care Coordinator / Optometric Technician – Full Time
Pilot Point Family Eye Care is looking for a friendly, dependable, and outgoing team member to join our growing practice!
This is a cross-trained front desk and optometric technician position. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, is comfortable in a busy patient-facing environment, and is excited to learn and grow with our team.
What you'll do:
• Welcome patients and help with check-in and check-out
• Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions
• Manage appointments and patient communication
• Help with front office workflows
• Perform patient pretesting and prepare patients for their exam
• Learn to operate diagnostic equipment and testing
• Assist the doctor and clinical team with patient flow
• Cross-train in different areas of the practice as needed

No optometry or medical office experience is required—we're happy to provide the training! A great attitude, reliability, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are all important for success in this role.
This is a full-time position in our Pilot Point office.
