JUST A COUPLE SPOTS LEFT FOR TONIGHT

If you've been thinking about joining us, this is your invitation.

Tonight, we'll gather inside **Three Pillars Collective** for an intimate evening Sound Bath, with the balcony doors open, the lights low, and the sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and layered frequencies filling the space.

And this isn't your typical sound bath.

Two practitioners will be facilitating tonight's experience, allowing us to move throughout the room and offer individualized, hands-on support as time and capacity allow.

This may include gentle hands-on adjustments, assisted stretching, therapeutic sound placed on or around the body, reflexology, or supportive touch, always based on individual comfort and consent.

Come exactly as you are.

Settle in. Get comfortable. Close your eyes.

For the next hour, there is nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to accomplish.

Just rest, receive, and listen.

We intentionally keep these experiences small so that we can offer this level of individual attention, and **just a couple spaces remain for tonight.

TOMORROW EVENING ✦ SOUND AT THREE Pillars of Pinckney

There is something about this space in the evening.

The balcony doors open.
The evening air moving through the studio.
The lights low.
And then the sound begins.

Tomorrow evening, we are gathering inside Three Pillars for an intimate Sound Bath designed to give you somewhere to simply stop for a while.

Crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, layered frequencies, guided stillness, and the natural sounds coming through the open balcony create an experience that is difficult to explain until you've actually been in the room for one.

This isn't about doing anything.

You don't need to know how to meditate.
You don't need experience with sound work.
And you certainly don't need to arrive perfectly calm.

Just come in.

Find your place.

Get comfortable.

And let us take it from there.
