Whether honoring survivors, remembering loved ones, or supporting those currently fighting, we stand together in the pink. Thank you to everyone who dressed up and brought so many smiles to our halls today! 💕

Pine Bluff Transitional Care is proud to be part of Virtu-RURAL!

Pine Bluff Transitional Care is one of seven rural parters and the only SNF to receive RHT funds during the first year funding window in the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Virtu-RURAL (Remote Upgrades to Rural Arkansas Locations) initiative.

Throughout this five-year opportunity, UAMS will work with rural healthcare partners to expand access to tele-health, improve technology and infrastructure, provide digital health training, and help patients and communities feel more confident using digital healthcare tools.

Pine Bluff Transitional Care has been awarded $100,000 for Year 1 to support projects focused on expanding sustainable telehealth access and digital health knowledge.

This partnership will help us work toward:

- Better access to healthcare services
- Improved telehealth technology and connectivity
- Increased staff training and preparedness
- Greater confidence with digital healthcare tools
- Better understanding of how telehealth services are reaching our community
- A sustainable model that can continue beyond the grant period

We are grateful to UAMS for this opportunity and look forward to using these resources to help strengthen healthcare access and support better outcomes for the rural communities we serve.

Thank you to LifeTouch Hospice for inviting us to the Community Outreach Summit!

We had such a great day visiting with others, listening to guest speakers and learning some very valuable information from other vendors! We surely appreciate everyone who stopped by and spoke with us! 🍁

Glow In The Dark Party!!

Our residents danced, laughed and partied this afternoon with a Glow in the Dark Party! Between hot dogs, fruit trays and glow sticks, I think it is safe to say our residents had a BLAST!

Seeing all of these smiling faces really sets a tone! We are a FAMILY!
