We have Crisis Team 6 set up if anyone needs a helping hand or listening ear. Hooligan Horseshoes with Buzz Canady and Kathy Speer Canady is all set up and ready to take orders for Halloween! Fall fitness classes begin Tuesday, Sept 15, 2026!
All classes are FREE.
Chair Yoga: Tues, Wed & Thurs — 10:00–10:30am
Strength Training 4 Women: Tuesdays — 5:15–6:00pm
Pi‑Yo: Tuesdays — 6:15–7:00pm
