FREE 3-WEEK YOGA SERIES FOR ALL!

”Falls” In Love With Yoga

"Falls" in Love with Yoga. Thanks to a generous contribution to the WCCF Community Foundation we are able to offer a free 3 week (6 class total) yoga series facilitated by Aubrey Dietrich of Heart & Soul Farm focusing on the foundational elements of the asana practice of yoga. Yoga practices will take Place at the Williamsport Falls in the Upper Falls Park near Williamsport Elementary. We will meet Mondays evenings at 6pm: Sept. 14th, 21st, 28th. and/or Thursday mornings at 10am: Sept. 17th, 24, and October 1st. You need not attend the whole series, but each week will build on the foundational skills from the previous week, and it is highly recommended to attend at least one class per week. This is a great practice for those just starting their yoga practice journey to build a strong foundation or even the seasoned yogi to enhance and fine tune their practice. With over 25 years of practicing yoga under her belt, Aubrey is well adept at tailoring her yoga practice offerings to meet the needs of all her participants. The movements in this series will be mindful and accessible to all ages, stages, and fitness levels. Please wear clothing you can mindfully move in and that you will be comfortable in outside, a yoga mat if you have one (some will be available for use if not), a water bottle, and anything else that might support you and your yoga practice. Since this is an outdoor offering, in the event of inclement weather, we will move our practice to RTS Law Firm, just down the road in downtown Williamsport. Spots are limited, so please use the link below to sign up and reserve your space for the practices you wish to attend. When you are signing up please use the drop down menus to select the date of the practice you wish to attend and whether or not you will be needing a mat . Please note that while it is strongly suggested to sign up in advanced to ensure that we have adequate space and mats, as long as the weather permits it to be outside, we will not deny attendance to anyone who comes with their own mat without signing up. *if you are wanting to sign up for more than one practice you will need to put multiple classes in your cart for the respective dates you wish to attend.

As some of you may or may not be aware, our hearts, souls, and farm moved this summer. We now are living in a beautiful historic farmstead in Williamsport, IN that I look forward to sharing much more about with you later. But for now, I will share that one thing our new holistic health and wellness farm is missing is a studio! So, I was thrilled when the WCCF Community Foundation reached out to me to facilitate a yoga series at the Williamsport Upper Falls park this fall....fun fact we are home to the largest waterfall in Indiana and it will be in the backdrop in this outdoor yoga practice series! This will be a three week series starting in September. Info for the series is already up on HSF's website and more details will be coming out shortly from myself and the community foundation. I cannot wait to get back on my mat and I look forward to "falls-ing" in Love with yoga with you soon!!! Namaste!

Our hearts, souls, and farm have been going through A LOT of major and very exciting changes over the last several months that I look forward to sharing with you soon, but for now I will be taking some to enjoy the fruits of all our labors and enjoy the remainder of summer with my family as we prepare for our eldest to head off to Army ROTC training and college. Sending you all loads of love and light for a wonder-full summer!

Check our our flyer for all the cool things we do or our website to find out more info or join us at our next event which will be potluck tailgate before the Pine Village Football game at the Pine Village Christian Church. The co-op is geared toward individuals that are interested in all things homsteady and holistic and supporting each other. There is no cost to join, all are welcome, we just ask that everyone find a way to contribute and support each other.

Hello Friends. We have some very big, very exciting changes and life events happening with our hearts, souls, and farm over the next few months, and after some time reflecting during our spring cleaning I have decided that I will be unable to facilitate any regularly scheduled yoga practice offerings till further notice (specifically no more peace walks or wednesday women's yoga) . We will still be having our quarterly co-op meetings for all things holistic and homesteady with our next meeting on April 18th, and I still might have a pop up event or am open to requests for private services which can be found on our website, but other than that I will be busy working on some new and exciting things for HSF's future that I can't wait to share all about once I am ready and able. I apologize for any inconvenience or upset this may cause and look forward to connecting with you again soon. Namaste! ☮
