Summer break is almost here ☀️

And while we’re all excited for slower mornings, beach days, vacations, and a break from the school-year rush, the transition can be harder on our families than we realize.

The key to less meltdowns this summer? A supported nervous system.

Consistent sleep, daily movement, outdoor time, healthy screen boundaries, and regular chiropractic care can help create calmer days and smoother transitions all summer long. 🌿

We had such a great time at the FCC Corporate Soccer Tournament at FIU this weekend ⚽️ Proud to be part of an event that gives back to our community and supports youth programs across Miami-Dade & Broward 💙

We loved meeting all the teams and helping them get game-ready! It was great seeing everyone prioritize warming up and taking care of their bodies to help reduce injury risk 🤩

Also, our booth was next to who was painting live throughout the event 🎨 Definitely worth checking out his work!
