Our Independent Living residents enjoyed an evening filled with delicious cuisine, lively music, and wonderful company. From start to finish, the event was full of fun, laughter, and connection, with the Duck Hunting Safari proving to be a favorite activity of the night!

Congratulations to our winners: 1st Prize: Lynn Romyn, 2nd Prize Jan & Bob Carlson 3rd Prize: Pepper Bahr. Everyone had a fantastic time. Quail Haven knows how to cruise!

Our Teaching Kitchen continues to bring joy to life at Quail Haven Village. The food looked incredible and tasted even better — a wonderful way for everyone to learn, create, and enjoy something delicious together. 🤍🍽️

Quail Haven Village proudly recognized Latisha “Tish” Little, LPN, for an incredible 19 years of service. A Montgomery County native, Tish has been in nursing for over 24 years and credits her passion for caregiving to her grandmother, who cared for her when she was sick as a child.

Known for her compassion and empathy, Tish is loved by both residents and staff. When asked what she enjoys most about nursing, she shared, “I feel happy knowing that I made somebody feel better or made their day.” She added that she cares for residents the way she would want her own family cared for.

Congratulations, Tish — and thank you for your dedication and heart. We are so grateful for you. ❤️

Dr. John Southerland joined The Inn at Quail Haven Village several months ago and has been spreading his smile throughout our halls ever since. Recently, William “Bill” McVerry visited a family member and discovered his long‑time friend and colleague, Dr. Southerland — a friendship spanning over 40 years!
