☀️ Summer is here, and hydration matters more than most people realize!

Making sure you’re properly hydrated—not just every day, but especially before your massage—can make a big difference. Hydrated tissue is more pliable and allows for a more productive session.

💧Always keep a water container nearby (preferable plastic free)
💧 Set reminders on your phone if needed
💧 Add electrolytes or flavoring to help hit your goals
💧 Start hydrating before you feel thirsty (studies show if you’re feeling thirsty you’re already dehydrated).

Your recovery, circulation, energy levels, brain function and overall wellness all benefit from good hydration.

It’s officially that time again 🥹✨

Winning Best Massage Therapist last year honestly meant the world to me, and I’m still beyond grateful for every single person who supported, voted, trusted me, and spent time in the Starlight Room 💜
