A Journey Into Heart, Healing & Higher Awareness

Sacred Cacao Ceremony • Meditation • Toning • Yin Yoga • Sound Bath • Journaling

Join us for a deeply restorative afternoon of stillness, intention, and connection as we honor the energy of the Lion’s Gate Portal.

We will begin with a heart-opening Sacred Cacao Ceremony, followed by guided Meditation and Toning to harmonize your energy. Next, we will transition into the gentle practice of Yin Yoga and immerse ourselves in the healing vibrations of a Sound Bath. Finally, we will conclude our journey with Journaling to deepen your self-reflection and intention setting.

As the sun lingers in the sky and the energy of summer begins to bloom, join Kristy and me for an evening of deep rest, connection, and soulful renewal at Solstice Serenity at Wise Owl Wellness.

This 2-hour experience is designed to help you slow down, soften, and align with the warmth and abundance of the season through grounding breathwork, nourishing yin yoga, and relaxing Thai massage-inspired touch.

We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony to set intentions and invite in clarity, joy, and inner light as we honor the Summer Solstice. Throughout the evening, you’ll be guided into a state of calm presence and peaceful expansion.

Intuitive Thai Massage is an amazing gift to your fascia, flexibility, and nervous system. Not to mention supporting energetic flow throughout mind, body, and spirit. It's fully clothed and is called "the lazy man's yoga" with gentle touch and assisted stretching. My clients have experienced deep relaxation, and have found relief from persistent aches and pains after sessions.
