Blood pressure is easy to overlook, especially when you feel fine. But checking it regularly can help you stay ahead of changes and take better care of your heart.

It's also helpful to know your target numbers, since healthy blood pressure ranges can vary from person to person. The American Heart Association has a blood pressure calculator in the link below that can help you better understand your numbers.
