I’m officially opening my calendar to take on private yoga/body work clients. 🧘‍♀️

It’s my desire and passion to help those who want to start working toward a healthier lifestyle and don’t have the time or confidence to go to a gym or yoga class!

I feel confident with my physical therapy and yoga training I can empower and educate you to start making those changes and Arise to the life you have been called to!🙏🏻

In order for us to honor the call God has placed on our lives we have to have healthy bodies and strong minds! We need the energy and focus to accomplish the tasks set before us! 🙏🏻

My sessions will be customized to you!👉🏻
I will incorporate yoga, stretching, some resistance training w/ modifications to your fitness level 💪🏻

New Opportunity!

Every pose is a new opportunity, each and every time. All the work you've done up until now has been to lead you to this precise moment, to face precisely what you're facing. Yoga is a dance of dealing with what is, and allowing yourself to fully experience whatever you're experiencing right here, in the moment. In life, we so often resist what we don't like or don't want to do. Here, on your mat, is a safe opportunity to see what's on the other side of that. Physical asana is a measure of some higher possibility. ⁠
Put your attention on what you want to have happened and be for it, and watch the magic unfold. ⁠
