📢 Important Booking Policy Update – Effective September 1

At Mountain Serenity Spa, we're committed to providing the best possible experience for every guest. To help us better manage appointment availability and reduce last-minute cancellations, we will be implementing a new booking and cancellation policy effective September 1.

New Booking & Cancellation Policy:
Booking Fee: A 10% non-refundable booking fee will be required to reserve your appointment. This fee will be applied toward the cost of your service.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the remaining balance of the scheduled service.
Group Appointments: Reservations for groups of 3 or more guests require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies allow us to better serve all of our guests by ensuring appointment times remain available for those who need them.
