Yoga Sculpt 45 on the lawn was such a hit!! We couldn’t have asked for better weather or a better way to spend the morning together.

How is August almost here?!

As summer winds down and fall schedules start filling up, we’re making a few changes to help you keep moving.

✨ Thursdays at 4:30 PM are now Yoga Sculpt—the perfect blend of strength, cardio, and yoga.

✨ We also added Mat Pilates Express at 6:30 AM on Saturdays for those busy fall weekends. Get your workout in before the weekend chaos begins!

Did you know we offer 12 different class formats? Whether you’re looking for strength, mobility, flexibility, mindfulness, or a great sweat, there’s truly something for everyone!

August is coming in hot and we have an exciting line up for our collab with OTB at Hastings starting with an indoor SHiNE Cardio Dance class for National Friendship Day! The rest of the classes with take us outdoors, weather permitting.
