Sink into fall, and settle into your roots with this flow and sound blend with me on the evening of the Fall Equinox Sept 22nd!

Circle up and center together with sacred cacao, sink into breath with guided meditation with shaman drum, and stretch those roots with gentle yin yoga and dynamic somatic movements to explore inward.

Sink even deeper with a 30 minute soundscape experience with crystal sound bowls, wind gong, shaman drum, chime and more soothing instruments. This evening is designed to foster, cultivate and dig into whatever you are ready to create in this new season of harvest.

Sip and center. Settle and sink in to this cosmic atmosphere with sacred cacao ceremony before sinking into a divine soundscape! September's monthly cacao and chakra sound bath is about to be here!!

I will offer us sacred cacao to sip while we settle in with guided breath and meditation before teaching about each 7 chakras and their association with organs, energies, phyiscal and emotionally feelings as well.

You will then relax for the rest of the time for a beautiful soundscape with crystal sound bowls, wind gond, chimes, flutes and instruments.
