Your thyroid labs are “normal”… so why do you still feel so bad?
If you’re exhausted, cold, foggy, gaining weight, losing hair, or feeling like your body is working against you—you are not imagining it.
Too many women are told their thyroid is “fine” after only limited testing, even while symptoms continue.
In my newest blog, I share why thyroid dysfunction is so often missed, why TSH alone may not always tell the whole story, and why the thyroid should be looked at in the broader context of hormones, cortisol, nutrient status (including iron/ferritin and vitamin D), gut health, and autoimmune patterns.
This topic is also deeply personal to me—as a pharmacist, and as a woman whose own hypothyroidism and hormonal imbalances were overlooked during years of frequent miscarriage.

19 years ago, I opened the doors to Murray Avenue Apothecary, a compounding and wellness Pharmacy.

Over the years, this space became so much more than a pharmacy. It became a place for education, connection, healing conversations, innovation, and community.

I’m incredibly grateful for every customer, patient, employee, friend, and supporter who has been part of this journey. I am continuing the journey into Phase 3.

Nineteen years ago today, I opened the doors to Murray Avenue Apothecary.

What began as a neighborhood pharmacy became so much more — a place of connection, education, innovation, healing conversations, and forward-thinking community care that was often ahead of its time.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for generations of families and helping people navigate their health journeys through every stage of life.

This space became far more than a business to me-it became part of my life story.

Thank you to every customer, patient, employee, friend, and supporter who has been part of these 19 years. Your trust and loyalty have meant more than words can express.

And while this chapter continues to evolve, my passion for helping people certainly has not.

After 19 years as owner of Murray Avenue Apothecary, an important transition is underway as I enter my “Third Act.”

As I wind down my physical pharmacy and in-store compounding lab this summer, please know that LabNaturals, Inc. (LabNaturals.com) continues forward as my primary business and wellness platform.

I am not stepping away from the work I love most.

I will continue offering holistic health education, hormone balance consultations, healthy aging support, LabNaturalsSKINcare, Acetyl Glutathione, and trusted professional supplement recommendations available through my Online Professional Supplement Dispensary.

Thank you for your loyalty, your support, and for being such an important part of this journey with me.
