Center for Hearing & Deaf Services of Erie extends our sincere gratitude to Pamela Relogle and Rachel Schoomer for their outstanding service to the d/Deaf community.

During a week of exceptionally high temperatures, Pamela and Rachel generously dedicated their time and expertise to providing interpreting services for the Envision Blind Sports Camp at Penn State Behrend. Their commitment, professionalism, and endurance helped ensure effective communication and accessibility throughout the event.

Calling all Ohio ASL interpreters! 🤟

HDS Erie is seeking a qualified K–12 interpreter for the 2026–2027 school year, with the opportunity to continue beyond.

Applicants should be nationally certified and PA state registered, or have an EIPA score of 3.5 or higher. Flexible scheduling is available, including one or two in-person days per week, full-week availability, and potential hybrid options.
