What a fantastic time we had at our Luau last week! The Unconventional Kitchen outdid themselves with a wonderful meal, and the staff truly set the perfect atmosphere. Plus, we were treated to beautiful island dances by special guest performers!

Yesterday, residents and friends from Vincentian Child Discovery Center McCandless came together to learn about crops with Chef Kevin and Chef Graham from Unconventional Kitchen. The group learned about different herbs and vegetables, their growth, and uses, but I think everyone's favorite part was the taste test!
