Parents! Join us this Sunday for a workshop!

We're hosting an in-person parenting strategies workshop this Sunday May 31st for parents of teens and tweens. It came from a pretty simple place, as a therapist I kept hearing the same things from parents in my practice and honestly in my own life: this stage is a lot, and it can feel really lonely sometimes.

The idea is to give parents a chance to come together, pick up some practical tools around things like communication, anxiety, and parenting styles, and just... be in a room with other people who get it.

Families will get a series of short video to watch beforehand (no pressure to do so but you will have access to them), and then we gather for a Q&A and some real conversation.

Date: 31 May 2026
Time: 4pm (workshop will take about an hour)

Parenting teens and tweens is one of the most rewarding, and let's be honest, sometimes the most challenging seasons of parenthood!

Parenting a teenager or tween can feel like navigating entirely new territory, and we wanted to create something that actually helps. We are so excited to share that we have put together a video series designed specifically for parents of tweens and teens, packed with practical insight and support for this unique season of parenting.

We are pairing the video series with a live, in-person workshop, a dedicated space to come together, ask your questions, and connect with other parents walking the same road.

Don't worry if you don't get a chance to watch the videos before the workshop. You are more than welcome to show up just as you are, and we will take it from there together.

This Saturday, we’re offering an in-person guided reflection focused on spending intentional time with your inner world.
This experience is less about meditation techniques and more about slowing down, turning inward, and exploring your inner calm, curiosity, and compassion.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided practice, followed by time for reflection and optional sharing in a supportive space.

No prior experience needed. Come as you are!

Please join us for an in-person guided and reflective meditation practice this Saturday, February 28th from 9:30am to 10:45am, in our cozy office space in Mt. Lebanon, Pittsburgh.

Guided by a licensed therapist, the practice is a gentle practice focused on slowing down and turning inward with safety and care, followed by optional reflection and sharing. No prior meditation experience is needed.
