But Then... I started to ask myself...
"Finding Life Balance, is it even possible?"

My answer, No

at least not on the outside! Your Life's Balance is an inside job! Take it from me, I tried for years to balance it all: kids, family, house, exercise, work, self-care... I really thought I could figure it all out. I busted my butt and mind trying and when my head hit the pillow at night I felt exhausted and defeated. Then eventually it hit me, Life Balance, there is no such thing. How can anyone balance all the “stuff” that is constantly changing and shifting and occurring in life…? Lining it all up. Getting it all done exactly how it should be done, wrapped up neatly with a bow...Yep not possible! Seeking Life Balance is an inside job that flows into your outside world! And I purposely use the word seek because there is nothing “to find”. In this life what your already perfect spirit is experiencing, is a journey, not a destination.
