Before anything rises… it roots.
Growth doesn’t begin in the light.
It begins in the quiet,
in the resistance,
In the dark,
in the unseen work no one applauds.

Just like your practice.

The strength you feel in a pose—
it didn’t start there, it doesn’t just appear.
It was built in the breath you stayed with,
the moments you wanted to leave but didn’t,
the discipline no one witnessed.

Roots first.
Then rise.

And when you finally reach the light…
it looks effortless.

But you’ll know where it came from.

Thought I was just climbing driftwood for the aesthetic…
Turns out it was a full-body workout 😅

forgot ☠️ 🥴to bring my yoga mat that day and had to use what was available. I thought: well this log is wide enough…. It wasn’t🥴 and I didn’t account for really strong winds…😆💨💨💨 but I stayed , because I didn’t come to the beach just for tan lines (😏)

Balance: challenged
Mind: quiet

Beach days can be practice too☀️
