Our Adult Training Facilities (ATFs) provide adults with intellectual disabilities opportunities to build life skills, develop meaningful relationships, participate in their communities, and work toward personal goals in a supportive environment.

Participants can enjoy:
✅ Skill-building activities and individualized instruction
✅ Socialization and friendship opportunities
✅ Community involvement and inclusion experiences
✅ Programs available up to five days per week

This role is at the heart of creating meaningful volunteer experiences — managing recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and ongoing support for both individual and corporate volunteers. The position also oversees our in-kind gifts program and supports fundraising events, donor engagement, and Development Department initiatives.
