Front desk receptionist at a busy medial practice in the South Hills. Two locations, in Bethel Park and Jefferson Hills.

Full time, Monday-Friday with good benefits, paid vacation, holidays.

Duties include registering patients, collecting and verifying insurance information, collecting copays, and answering phone calls.

Job Description:
Busy Ear, Nose, and Throat practice is looking for energetic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist and administrative office staff.

Duties:

• Register patients for office visits with providers by checking patient data and insurance information.
• Document information in Electronic Heath records.
• Answer patient phone calls and take information from other facilities as needed.
• Assist with scheduling as needed.
• Contact patients by phone to answer questions, when needed.
• Communicate with other members of the staff to ensure timely and accurate patient care, scheduling, etc.

Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including comfort with Windows, e-mail, electronic health records, Word, and other products.
• Working knowledge of electronic documentation and willingness to learn computer program.

Familiarity with insurance authorizations a plus.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willing to work in two offices as needed.
