Who says prom is just for the young? At Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, we’re bringing back the magic, memories, and joy of prom night for our incredible residents! 🌹👑

Join us as we celebrate friendship, laughter, and cherished memories with an evening filled with music, dancing, and nostalgia. Families and community members are warmly invited to share in this special event and help create new memories while honoring old ones.

Today we’re celebrating Nursing Home Week with a fun-filled Carnival Day for our incredible staff! From games and prizes to refreshments and entertainment, this afternoon is all about recognizing the compassion, dedication, and hard work our team brings every single day. ❤️

Thank you to our amazing staff for all that you do to make a difference in the lives of our residents. We appreciate you more than words can say!

🦸‍♀️💥 Superhero Day at Champion City Rehab & Nursing Home 💥🦸‍♂️

Not all heroes wear capes… but today, some of ours did! From Wonder Woman to Spider-Man and beyond, our amazing residents and staff showed off their superpowers—strength, resilience, kindness, and a whole lot of fun.

Because here at Champion City, every day is about celebrating the real heroes who inspire us all. 💙

Easter was full of smiles, laughter, and sweet moments here at Champion City Rehabilitation and Nursing!

Our residents had such a great time celebrating together, decorating, enjoying festive treats, and just soaking in the holiday spirit with friends and staff. It’s days like these that remind us how special this community truly is 💛

A big shoutout to our team for putting together such a fun and meaningful celebration, and to our residents for bringing the joy to every moment.

Waffle Day at Champion City 🧇

Chocolate, whipped cream, cherries… everyone made their waffles just how they wanted.

Lots of smiles, lots of laughs, and yeah… plates were definitely cleaned 😄

Puppy Day at Champion City and suddenly everyone forgot what they were doing 🐾😂

Meetings canceled. Plans changed. It turned into “drop everything and pet the dog” real quick.

Our special guest came in, stole every heart in the building… and left with zero regrets (and probably a few extra treats 👀)

Honestly, we might need to make this a weekly thing
