The Rose Program We are dedicated to improving quality of life through expert palliative care, compassionate support, and guidance for patients and families.

10/25/2026

We believe palliative care should be accessible to everyone.

Everyone deserves to be educated about their options, understand the benefits of palliative care, and have the opportunity to receive compassionate, supportive care when they need it most.

Palliative care is about comfort, dignity, quality of life, and making sure no one feels alone in their journey.

Our mission is to spread awareness, break misconceptions, and empower individuals and families with the knowledge to make informed decisions about their care. 💜

At The Rose Program, we believe better care means better outcomes. 🌹

Our work goes beyond providing compassionate support. We help reduce unnecessary healthcare costs and prevent avoidable hospital readmissions for older adults by ensuring patients and families have the guidance, resources, and support they need.

By focusing on comfort, quality of life, and proactive care, we help create a smoother experience for patients, families, and healthcare teams.

“Even with Mom receiving care in a nursing home, our family has so many questions about her dementia and what comes next. The Rose Program works alongside her care team, helping us understand what to expect and make decisions that reflect what matters most to Mom.

Having their guidance helps us feel more confident as we focus on her comfort, dignity, and the best quality of life possible. We’re grateful for the support they give Mom and our family.”

Nick shares the importance of palliative medicine and how taking a proactive approach can make a meaningful difference in a patient's health journey. Having important conversations about care goals and personal wishes early on helps ensure your voice is heard and your preferences are understood.
