🌅 YOGA + SUNSET SOCIAL HOUR 🍻

Need an excuse to spend a summer evening outside?

On July 17, join Caitie at the East End Brewing Pop-Up on Oxline for an all-levels Golden Hour Flow followed by a laid-back Sunset Social Hour by the river.

We will move through an hour of yoga as the sun starts to dip. Stick around after yoga to hang out, sip an East End Brewing beverage, and enjoy an evening together.

✨ 7:00–8:00 PM | Golden Hour Flow
✨ 8:00–9:00 PM | Sunset Social Hour

Your $20 ticket includes:
✔️ One-hour all-levels vinyasa yoga class
✔️ One East End beverage (alcoholic OR nonalcoholic)
✔️ Sunset Social Hour with your Pittsburgh neighbors

Knitters, crocheters, embroiderers, and makers: bring your current WIP (work-in-progress) and settle in for the social hour. Since we’re all looking for an excuse to spend more time together, we might as well bring our hobbies, too! 🧶

Join us for the very first YOCO Community Picnic!

Please register so we know head count

We’re bringing the YOCO community outside for an afternoon of movement, connection, creativity, and good food.

We’ll kick things off with an all-levels yoga class before settling in for a community potluck picnic. Whether you’ve been practicing with us for years or just recently found your way to YOCO, we’d love to spend the day with you.

Potluck Details
We encourage everyone to bring food to share. Please include a list of ingredients and note any common allergens whenever possible. We’ll have lots of water of attendees.

Bring Something to Upcycle
The YOCO stamp collection and arts & crafts supplies will be making an appearance! Bring a tote bag, t-shirt, bandana, sweatshirt, or other fabric item you’d like to personalize and upcycle.

Don’t forget:
A yoga mat or blanket
A chair if you’d like one
A dish to share
Ingredients list for your dish
Fabric goods for stamping and crafting
Friends and family are welcome!

This warm, all-levels practice offers space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reflect on the significance of Juneteenth through movement, rest, and community.

Flow with Pride at this high-energy celebration of LGBTQIA+ culture! Get yogagged by a 60-minute dance-inspired vinyasa sequence set to a tracklist full of gay bangers, followed by crafty q***r afters. 💅🧘🏻🪩 BYO secondhand/thrifted blanks (tees, tanks, totes, etc) to DIY your own commemorative merch with our studio stamp, and stick around to spill the communi-tea after with light refreshments. Serve flow. Slay merch. Eat and leave no crumbs. (Literally.)

This month, we’re releasing two special pieces of merch inspired by the events and people helping shape our community:

🤎 A collaborative Juneteenth tote created with Cecile Shelman — educator, artist, author, YOCO teacher, and leader of our upcoming Juneteenth Gentle Flow experience. During class, participants will move through a gentle practice grounded in breath, rest, and music from the African Diaspora.

🌈 A brand-new YOCO Pride muscle tee inspired by our upcoming House of YOCO Presents: Pride VinYASSSSa, a joyful evening featuring a dance-inspired vinyasa flow set to a playlist of LGBTQIA+ anthems, followed by crafty q***r afters. Hosted by Emily and Maria.

These pieces were created to celebrate the people, stories, and communities that make YOCO what it is.
