Open Up Open Up teaches mindfulness through arts and movement, centering people living with disabilities. Our programs are for everyone!

Open Up, teaches yoga movement and improv mindfulness with many different collaborative partner organizations throughout the region and excels at tailoring these classes for those who benefit from adaptations and modifications of instruction in particular. While yoga and improv are two separate disciplines, they both welcome fun, growth and deeper self-knowledge. Classes in yoga focus on bringing levity and joy to exercises that focus on wellness with movement and breath. Classes in improv/theater games focus on the social and therapeutic benefits of interactive games. All can be tailored to your family, community and individualized needs!
