So after talking with more then a few people yesterday about my logo and the goals of this project ,changes have been made.

I think its important to exspress what the foundation of this venture is.

Ultimately I want to help people.
Veterans
Youth
( but really anyone that needs help)

The logo initially was Cool and very exciting. But did not express the calm and peace that I want people to feel. I think initially I was trying to convey a sense of strength and resolve. Using military themed art work to display that. I have a great respect for all men and woman that choose to wear the uniform of our armed forces. You folks exemplify what true courage and dedication actually looks like.

The new Logo is just that.

Thank you Jamie for your help yesterday on this Thank you Danielle for your insight on this. Thank you Daniel for your input thank you Andrew for your help. Thank you Jenna for your help, thank you Amanda, Thank you Brian. I'm just completely blown away and humbled to have each and everyone of you all in my life.

I wanted to share a few things as I embark on this journey that is Sentry Hive. (As someone that has been through a mental health crisis and survived )

This program is going to utilize DBT in the 12 week program.

Dialectic behavioral therapy was and is instrumental for me in learning how to cope and deal with my own mental health demons.

Program Overview

• Duration: 12 weeks
• Frequency: 2 sessions per week
• Session Length: 2–3 hours
• Structure:
Mindfulness → Skill Teaching → Hive Work → Reflection Core

DBT Skill Areas

• Mindfulness
• Distress Tolerance
• Emotion Regulation
• Interpersonal Effectiveness

Here is a glimpse into my thought process and curriculum for this program.

I want to thank everyone who has donated to my Gofundme. I cant even begin to exspress how grateful I am!
