As the weather warms up, we’re not the only ones heading outside: ticks are too. It is important to stay tick-aware when hiking, going for walks, or even when you are in your own backyard.

Wearing protective clothing and checking your skin (and your pets) after time outdoors can help prevent big problems.

Unsure what to do after a tick bite? Call the BHS Nurse Line at 855-855-2000, and a nurse can help direct you to the care you need.
