Highlands Living Center On-site care at HLC includes LTC, Short term rehab and Memory Care.

Located on the picturesque, wooded campus of the Highlands at Pittsford, residents of The Living Center receive best-in-class clinical support through our affiliation with UR Medicine.

What better way to kick off the last week before summer break ends then bring your kids to work day! The Highlands Living Center had a BLAST hosting these littles. We played bingo, colored, face painting, and they all helped getting our residents to the community room for a fantastic performance by a local singer. Thank you staff bringing your kids, maybe they will work here one day ❤️ until next time!
