The hips? follow the scapula (alignment)

Your arms, legs and head are downstream add-ons to your torso. Things have to be right between your **shoulders** for blood flow and nerves to freely flow out and up!!

Because they did not Over-Train (which is the #1 mistake of all athletes and coaches)

If you don’t -your brain cannot repair itself and the thermal-regulatory  structures cannot repair and reset themselves… then you are in a never-ending cycle

Our body and our brain is incredibly temperature sensitive**
Getting enough rest allows our body to cool…

Remember, college is about maturity and preparedness
College is about choices and ethics-

College is about school, but it’s also about taking care of yourself without your parents constant intervention- college is about YOU.

I thought this was a fantastic reel to remind most of you that college is not just about school choices- It’s about remaining healthy during school so that you can face the challenges of life

No one said this was going to be easy, but some of these decisions? Are right in front of you and couldn’t be easier - choose healthy *everything*
