I had an excellent time yesterday doing a chair massage event at in Honeyoye. Beautiful building and the food was great! I heard the beers were delicious too and they are expanding. Really fun decor, I especially like the stealthy star wars piece.

Today is a nice day for a bike ride or a walk. I encourage everyone to ho outside and get some fresh air. Be safe and social distance but if you can, say hi to your neighbors, your family, your friends. Or just say hello to nature, your street, the sky, the birds. It's good to communicate even if you don't get a response you understand.

The finished product with a before pic at the end. Love his curls but he likes it shorter. Still happy he let's me cut it and I think I do an alright job with 3 plus cowlicks and curly hair and no education. Hairstylists are amazingly talented people, and I miss all my hair styling friends 😢 but I used all the advice they have given me over the years to cut Sean's hair and had all their smiles, positive attitudes, and fun times to think about. Thinking of learning new ways to earn money 🤣 At least he doesn't mind if I mess up! Sean's been letting me cut his hair since before the quarantine. I am trying to take this time that I can't spend with my massage clients to learn new things in between tv and food binging.... Try to learn something new or do something that makes you smile. Some days are easier than others. I'm here with you, and trying my best also and forgiving myself for not having the house perfectly clean and mastering every life skill. I ride my bike, I cleaned my tub to take a bath with some of the 50 bath bombs I've stock piled over the years. I've cleaned my office. I play with my pet cats. Go for walks. Call my family. Snap chat my friends. Trying to achieve normalcy and not get overwhelmed. It's ok to cry, it's ok to scream, it's ok to do nothing. But try to do something once a day that makes you smile if you can. Sending out happy and positive vibes to you all 💌
