🌿 Welcome Reagan to Centre Wellness!

We’re excited to welcome Reagan Ellis to the Centre Wellness team! Reagan is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with a degree in Exercise Science and experience in both personal training and group fitness. She has a passion for helping others feel their best through personalized movement, meaningful relationships, and supportive care.

Reagan will be joining us Tuesdays, Fridays, and every other Saturday. We’re so excited to have her as part of the Centre Wellness family and can’t wait for you to meet her! 🤍
