Our 1st Walk to End Alzheimer's was a success! This was a family affair because this was personal...

My paternal grandmother, Leatrice Lightfoot, and maternal grandfather, Monroe Morgan, both died from dementia and were cared for by family caregivers who didn't understand everything that was going on but never left their side...

I'm grateful for my mother who teaches me about unconditional love and caring for our loved ones through acts of service. We walk the walk and talk the talk here at SYNERGY HomeCare and this is the proof. Grateful to be part of the cause and to teach my boys about serving others as well.

For Quarter 3, we had our team meeting and discussed diabetes management and how to respond to different crises the client may experience. As caregivers, we are healthcare advocates and I am passionate about equipping our care team on signs and symptoms to look out for.

Daniella was awarded Caregiver of the Quarter because of her sheer passion. Sometimes, our gifts come to us from our circumstances and Daniella embodies that and more. Thank you, Daniella!

The Senior Care and Wellness Fair at C.W. Avery Family YMCA co-hosted by the Plainfield Township - Illinois and the Plainfield Park District was a success and we're so glad that we were part of it! There are many services catered to seniors in our community that make it a great environment to age in place.
