***1/30/26 - For patients with Aetna, Cigna, and Alliance Insurances. ***

We were made aware that our patients with these insurances have received a letter stating that our providers are no longer participating in these insurances and that any visits would be billed as "out-of-network."

This is the result of an error on the part of the insurance companies. Rest assured, we are participating providers and are in network. We are monitoring any claims sent and if any are billed as out of network we are working to have that corrected. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the office at 815-609-5437. We apologize for any inconvenience
