We not only focus on fitness in our members, but also nutrition, conditioning, and overall health in your mind and body. We provide many class times, one on one personal training, foundation classes, group classes, Teens classes, Sports Team training, Adaptive athletes and much more! Class times are as follows:

M-F: 5:30am, 6:45am, 8:00am, 9:15am, 12:00pm,--- 4:30pm, 5:45pm, 7:00pm

Saturday: 9am (Team workout)

Sunday: Open Gym 9-10am

Keto, paleo, intermittent fasting, macros, cleanses—the list goes on. But here’s the truth: nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective.
In fact, the most successful approach to nutrition is often the simplest one—focusing on small, consistent habits that you can sustain long-term. This is where mindful, habit-based nutrition comes in.

Meet our June Member of the Month — Dominic Cotrano!

Dominic is the definition of consistency. You’ll find him putting in the work across both Strength and Burn, showing up week after week and getting results. Since starting, he’s not only built a solid routine but has also lost weight along the way — proof that consistency pays off.

What makes his journey even better? He didn’t always love working out. In fact, he used to hate it. Now, he’s coming in on Sundays for open gym… on his own. That’s a huge shift, and it says everything about the habits he’s built.

That’s what CFP does to people. Our classes help you find what works for you and completely change your mindset around fitness. What once felt like a chore becomes something you actually look forward to.

Showing up when it’s convenient is easy. Showing up when life is busy, schedules are packed, kids are home, and routines are off… that’s where progress is built.

As we head into summer, this is your reminder:
You don’t need perfect conditions.
You just need to stay committed.

The athletes in our May Committed Club didn’t wait for more time—they made the time. And that’s exactly what’s going to carry them through the summer months ahead.

This is exactly what progress should look like—replacing body fat with lean muscle. Jeff is up 2 pounds of muscle and down 2% body fat, and that doesn’t happen by accident.
