🕺 Sunshine, 70’s beats, and serious shoulder shimmies! 🪩✨

Plainfield delivered the ultimate blue skies and gorgeous sunshine today, so naturally, we had to take the party outside! ☀️ We cranked up the funk, traded the indoor workout for the open air, and got our groove on to the best classics of the 1970s.

We didn't just exercise—we danced! Our residents gave their arms, legs, and necks a great workout, topped off with some five-star shoulder shimmies that had everyone laughing and feeling fabulous. 😎💃

Who says fitness can’t come with a side of disco fever? 🎶✨

Quick question: What classic 70’s track NEVER fails to make you bust a move? Drop your groove in the comments below! 👇📻🕺
