Last Friday we celebrated all of the wonderful mothers and mother figures here at Long Term Care with an afternoon full of treats, flowers, laughter, and memories. 💐

Residents and families enjoyed homemade chocolate covered strawberries, strawberry cream cheese sandwiches, parfaits, cupcakes generously brought in by a family member, drawings for prizes, and a fun photo booth filled with smiles and laughter. We also decorated with fresh lilacs picked straight from the garden, which made everything smell absolutely beautiful. 🌸

Thank you to everyone who helped make the celebration so special for our residents. Celebrating the amazing women who have given so much love throughout their lives is truly one of the best parts of what we do. ❤️ Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at LTC!

Clark Fork Valley Hospital Long Term Care (CFVH LTC) is excited to celebrate our exceptional staff and inspiring residents this National Skilled Nursing Care Week (NSNCW) beginning on Mother’s Day, May 10th – 16th, with the theme “Moments in Bloom.”

Today was the 55 and older prom and we had 9 of our residents go. They got to borrow prom dresses from Church on The Move, big shout out to Jessica, your amazing for making them feel incredible today. This morning all the ladies got their hair curled by our amazing assistant manager, Tia! I shaved the gentlemen and loaded them up and got the privilege of escorting them to the prom. It was amazing to see how great they felt and the excitement in their eyes. Thanks to all the staff that made it possible and all the work in the background that goes on that nobody knows about. Were very blessed!
