🚗🏀🏐⚽️ No joke… I’m officially back in SPORT MOM MODE.

You know the season… when your car becomes your second home, your calendar looks like a game of Tetris, dinner is occasionally eaten in a parking lot, and you’re pretty sure you should be earning mileage points for kid transportation. 😂

Kudos to ALL the moms and dads out there making it work—juggling jobs, practices, games, school, meals, laundry, life… and somehow getting everyone where they need to be with most of their equipment. 😜

It’s not easy. It takes time, energy, sacrifice and approximately 47 trips back and forth across town.

But showing up for our kids and the things they love? ❤️ Worth it.

So to all my fellow chauffeur/snack-provider/schedule-coordinator/bleacher-sitting parents…

I see you. I appreciate you. I AM you. 😂

Now excuse me while I get back in the car. 🚗💨

“She changed.”

NO.

She navigated loss.
She raised a family.
She carried everyone else’s needs.
She lived through stress, shifting hormones, changing bodies, sleepless nights, and seasons that asked more of her than she thought she had.

And somewhere along the way…

She GREW. 🌱

She started setting boundaries.
She learned that “no” is a complete sentence.
She stopped wearing exhaustion like a badge of honor.
She realized prioritizing her health isn’t selfish.
And she decided her peace is worth protecting.

Women’s health is about so much more than calories, labs, hormones, or the number on the scale.

It’s about helping a woman come back to herself.

Learning to nourish her body.
Regulate her nervous system.
Build strength.
Honor what her body is telling her.
Challenge the stories that have kept her stuck.
And create habits that actually fit the season she’s in.

Sometimes when people say, “She changed…”

I think, GOOD. She was supposed to. 🌱

That’s what growth looks like.

I DON’T GET IT ALL DONE. I JUST STOP MAKING MY WORKOUT OPTIONAL. 💪🏼

I’m an entrepreneur.
I work from home.
I’m a mom.

And no—my house is not always sparkly clean. The laundry sits sometimes. There are dishes in the sink. There are emails I haven’t answered and things on my to-do list that will absolutely still be there tomorrow.

I don’t get everything done.

I’ve just learned that taking care of my body has to make the list.

Sometimes that means I literally drop what I’m doing, walk away from the mess, and go move my body.

Because I know what it gives me back.

A clearer mind.
More energy.
More patience.
More strength.
A better mood.
A body that feels capable.

And for me, it started with changing my mindset around exercise.

Movement doesn’t have to be punishment.

Find something you actually LIKE.

I don’t like running. 😂
I’m not a huge cardio girl.

But give me strength and mobility work?
Let me lift something HEAVY?

I crave it.

That’s the point.

Find the movement that makes you want to come back.

And if you’re currently doing nothing, please don’t decide that tomorrow you need to become the person who works out for an hour five days a week.

Set the bar LOW.

Can you do the 5-minute version?

Five minutes of mobility.
Five minutes of squats.
A quick walk around the block.
One set of weights while dinner cooks.

Do that.

Get the win.

Then do it again.

And when that starts feeling normal, level up a little.

We underestimate what happens when we stack tiny wins over weeks, months and years.

You don’t need the perfect schedule.
You don’t need the perfect workout.
You don’t need a perfectly organized life before you start taking care of yourself.

Sometimes you just have to leave the laundry where it is and go lift the damn weights. 😉

Every little bit counts. Nothing is too small to get started.

Start small. Get the win. Keep moving forward. 🤍
