The Mother's Day celebration at Plainview Healthcare was a resounding success, marked by heartfelt appreciation for the mothers who inspire us daily, including three remarkable seniors aged 93, 95, and 99. The considerate provision of refreshments, including punch, fruit, sandwiches, cookies, and a delectable tres leches cake, fostered a joyous atmosphere among the women. We extend our profound gratitude to our volunteers and would like to acknowledge, with special thanks, Hospice and Juan for their generous donation of exquisite bouquets to both mothers and staff. Plainview Healthcare warmly wishes a Happy Mother's Day to all.

On this delightful occasion, we take great pleasure in commemorating Cinco de Mayo with a festive piñata. The celebration proved to be exceptionally enjoyable. Our gathering featured an array of traditional culinary delights, including conchas, marranitos, cuernitos, and various Mexican cookies. Fresh watermelon and a medley of fruits such as cantaloupe, pineapple, and strawberries added to the merriment. Refreshing beverages like horchata, agua de melón, and Jamaica were also available. The warm company that joined us significantly enhanced the festivities. Plainview Healthcare extends its warmest wishes to all on this joyous occasion of Cinco de Mayo.

The residents thoroughly enjoyed the performance by the praise and worship group from Manasseh Medical Imaging, who kindly took the time to share their uplifting songs with us. It was truly inspiring to see the residents singing and clapping along to the music.
