Do you rely on apps like EWG and YUKA to determine product ingredient safety?

Here’s an example of why the YUKA APP is misleading, inaccurate and not trustworthy for anyone who truly cares about safe ingredients.

Here's a Mrs. Meyer's hand soap ... rated as "EXCELLENT" (i.e. the best/safest possible rating) by the YUKA APP 🤯

But when you look at the actual ingredients in the bottle ... it's loaded with ☢️⚠️⛔️ known-to-be-toxic and/or questionable ingredients. This is classic "greenwashing" (misleading marketing by a brand to make you think it's clean/green/safe).

There is no such thing as an accurate app to look up products and these apps do more harm than good by giving people a false sense of security AND driving dollars to brands that don't actually care about our health.

5k A Day Challenge
I have no down time today, I’ve been going since 5am, but I forced myself to take a 15 minute break from work this afternoon to squeeze in a 15 minute Peloton class.
A 5k on the bike isn’t much, but it got the job done.

For those of you who know me well, Pure Haven has been my passion project for the last 11 years.
I have a full time business (completey unrelated to health) that takes up most of my life and often leaves me drained and stressed to my limits, but my little Pure Haven business is one of my great joys in life. I love helping people get a little healthier!🌱

It’s never been about money or recognition for me, it’s been about sharing what I learn and helping others learn about the dangers and health risks that come with using toxic products…there are so many!

Thank you to all my friends and customers for who have trusted me and who have fallen in love with these amazing products like I have. You make me smile every day because by using these amazing products, you are taking one step closer toward great health! 💚
