For over 68 years, PARC has been providing information and support services to individuals with disabilities and their families and friends. PARC provides recreational activities in an environment conducive to the development of independence while also providing education to the community.

Crafting decor is one thing, but crafting functional items is another! Tonight, our members learned to make their own soap. Each participant chose their colors, scents, natural elements, and designs to create custom, useful things for themselves or as gifts, and we think that is just terrific.
