The blizzard of 2026 version of move every day, I dragged out my 20 year-old retired treadmill and she fired up like the good old girl she is, kinda like me. We had a nice 30 minute walk run, mostly walk and 15 minutes of TRX. Anxiety temporarily abated, body appropriately sore, might sneak into red light later today if it ever stop snowing
