I honestly can't believe I'm typing those words.
When I was first invited to co-host this retreat on the beautiful island of Ischia, I had no idea where this journey would lead... and now, here we are with just ONE room remaining. 🥹

To everyone who has already said "YES!" to this adventure, I seriously cannot wait to share this experience with you. It's going to be an unforgettable week of movement, healing, connection, incredible food, laughter, breathtaking views... and who knows what other magic Italy has in store for us. 🏝✨️

And if you've been quietly following along thinking, "I wonder if I should..."... this might just be your sign. 😘

Sooooo... apparently I got so busy living the dream that I completely forgot to celebrate it. 🤦‍♀️

A little over a week ago, Vibe quietly turned 3 years old, and somehow it slipped right past me.
Maybe that's because Vibe has never really been about anniversaries or milestones...

It's been about every person who's walked through those doors. Every class. Every conversation. Every breakthrough. Every laugh. Every tear. Every friendship. Every soul who's helped transform these four walls into something that feels like home. 🏡🙏💜

What began as a dream has become a community filled with movement, healing, connection, and so much love.

So... even if I'm a little late...

Thank you to every single person who's been part of this journey... whether you've been here since day one, found us just last week, joined us online from afar, or simply cheered us on along the way. You are part of Vibe's story, and I couldn't be more appreciative.

My cup truly runneth over. 🙏 This morning reminded me why I do what I do...

The dance floor was absolutely buzzing with energy, our Stretch Therapy crew found their Zen (with plenty of giggles sprinkled in 😄), and I left the center with one of those full-heart moments that can't quite be put into words.

Watching new friendships form, welcoming so many new faces into our community, and seeing so many of you choosing to invest in yourselves... it never gets old.

As we gathered, I realized there are a few exciting countdowns happening all at once...

🇮🇹 77 days until Italy! (And yes... I meant it when I said you can still come! We have just 2 rooms remaining before our Ischia Retreat is officially full. If your heart is whispering "maybe"... let's talk. ✨)

💪 Just a few days remain to grab the Early Bird rate for our next Functional Fitness Boot Camp.

🤑 Current Vibe membership rates are also only available for a few more days (through June 30th) before our pricing update.

LOTS of exciting things are on the horizon... and I have a feeling we're just getting started. 🤭

Last night’s Primal Flow dance journey was absolutely unreal... the energy, the movement, the freedom, the connection. 🔥💃

Then this morning, you all came right back and filled the center with even more strength, sweat, laughter, breath, and good vibes.

THIS is community.

THIS is why we do what we do. 🫶
